I used the "Advanced" for many years and replaced it this past January with an "Elite". I'm very happy with the "Elite" and I feel that it was well worth the cost.

Were you in pain with your spacers the entire time? Did you find a way to deal with it (other than when they were removed)? I'm allergic to Ibuprofin and aspirin. The Tylenol just doesn't cut it!!
