Good choice! I've been wearing a lower hawley for 7 years and it does help with grinding. Also I find them very comfortable as well.

Is the upper wraparound Hawley comfortable? I have been wearing a lower standard hawley for 7 years now faithfully. Been considering getting a upper wraparound Hawley since my Top teeth have been shifting?

I've been wearing a lower Hawley for over 6 yrs now when I sleep and let me tell you it doesn't make me grind or clench my teeth. When I don't wear it I have occasional pain.

Sounds like a plan. I'm hoping that only a retainer will fix the problem nothing else. Will have to make a visit. I'm thinking a wraparound hawley may fix the bite issue.

Got my upper tru tain retainer today and a lower hawley. I'm quite surprised how comfortable they both are. The hawley doesn't even feel like i even have it in. Good thing too I just have to wear them at night. I have them to prevent further crowding.
