Re: Asabea's story
Hi Ladybird, Great to hear from you. How are you finding the treatment? Like you I have been terrible at updating my story as the braces have become a part of my life. I have not yet formally discussed the end of my treatment with my ortho; however it can't be too long now! Anyway, please keep your ...

Re: My journey
Good luck with your treatment.
I also have full lips and a protruded profile, and my results have been amazing. My facial shape has completely changed, and I look much better.
All the best.

Re: Asabea's story
I wasn't actually told when I would be getting them, only that I would need them to correct my bite. The progress to date has been amazing, however my patients is now getting the better of me. I just can't wait to end my treatment and get back to eating what I want, when I want! Thanks for the post....

Re: Asabea's story
OK, so whilst I am incredibly happy with my progress to date, I feel like for the past two months the progress has been very VERY slow.
I am yet to start my treatment with elastics, and just want to get them in so that I can reach the end of my treatment.

Asbea Please, please will you let me know the name of the ortho you didn't like? And the details of the one you did go for if you're happy? I am just going through the consultation stage with London orthos and am terrified about making an expensive mistake by going for the wrong one! I am new here ...

Hi all, I haven't posted in ages as my laptop is broken. When I get it back I will upload some progress photos. My teeth have moved so much, most of my gaps have now closed however my bite is all over the place. I'm eight months into treatment and time has flown by. I should have new photos up soon.

Hi all, It has been ages since I last updated my story and the reason for this is that are that my braces have new become part of my everyday life. Re: Cheapest braces in the UK?
I live in the north west of England and i'v been ringing around various orthodontists to see what they charge for ceramic braces, the cheapest quote i got was £2800 for upper and lower. Is there any places that people know of where they will do them for cheaper? Thanks. Hi, Rather than searching f...

Congratulation radiolarian, you have definitely made the right decision. I was braced last month can’t believe I didn’t take the plunge earlier. Back in primary school I was told that my only option was surgery, however two decades later it seems as if braces will work after all. Keep us posted ...
