Beginning to think.....
these braces are going to become a permanent fixture in my mouth. :? I trust my orthodontist and by no means do I want a severely compromised result but geez, going on 31 months is the pits! I am currently 4 months pregnant, due in February. I Just hope they are off by time the baby gets here!!!!!!!...

I think if I had it to do all over again, I would have went with all metal top and bottom. I have clear on top and metal on the bottom. The top clear lig color options stain really quickly and I think using a solid color would just defeat the purpose of having the clear brackets so I've never done t...

Wow, great blog- you've made so much progress! That expander looked painful! You must have been so thrilled when it was removed. I am lucky in the respect that I had a similar appliance when I was a child, so I don't have to go through any arch development this time around- just braces, no extractio...

Our upper arches are kind of similar! Well, mine was way more crooked in the beginning but looking through your pictures, your upper arch (the interior view) looks so similar to mine! Kinda cool! Go with the metal! They are less expensive, work faster (not much but still) and from my experience, don't break as easy. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably just have gotten metal on top and bottom! A couple of my ceramic uppers have broken off and had to be put back on. Not the same...
