I just had my Nickel-titanium wire (I think that's what it was called) on my uppers replaced with a steel wire. It was my first adjustment, and I saw changes immediately. Thanks Ken, I'll try the saltwater rinses, I've been popping Advil like crazy, I hate to take painkillers.

So the extractions were a piece of cake. No pain at all. These wires on the other hand............I gave birth to my daughter without any drugs in Feb, I think I'd prefer to do that again.
