Exciting! My biggest tip, take photos every week, so if you're ever getting annoyed with it you've got something motivating to look at! But the next few months will fly by, then you'll have lovely straight teeth Plus before and afters are always welcome here hehe
Nice one Eddie, wish I was that far on! It'll fly by :D I had mine on for about 14 weeks and it took me a little while to get used to it, then next thing I knew I was done lol. I found taking pics every week helped so if I ever got fed up i could compare and see how quick it was actually improving
I don't remember much pain at all so if there was any presumably it was short lived. Do remember feeling that one youth was telling the brunt of the pressure at first though so that should ease off quite quickly
You should find the lisp gets a lot better quite quickly, and the 12 weeks will fly by! I took weekly pics so I could see the progress which helps when you need a reminder of why you're putting up with it hehe

Anyone got the expander? How long will that take? And when can you view pics? I had an expander, my treatment was about 3-4 months from start to finish. I'm not sure how many posts you have to do before you can see pics but it's not too many so just keep posting :) Until then, you can see my pics h...
How long have you had it on? I found mine quite easy to get used to, especially compared to the Inman. Maybe going from a clear aligner to the permanent one was more of a noticeable difference though... If you've not had it long I wouldn't panic, you'll probably get used to it pretty quickly. If it'...
My dentist didn't tighten anything until near the end when my teeth were all straight, just then shortened the springs to pull them all in slightly. She moved the little lumps of composite a couple of times to adjust where the brace was exerting most pressure. She also filed pretty much every fortni...
Have you been taking any photos? I found I couldn't really notice the differences without comparing side by side pics. This is my start photo with one from around a month in :
