Congratulations on being pregnant!!!

As far as the gap goes, I see why you're angry. You should ask your ortho what his/her thoughts on this gap and when he/she plans on fixing it.

Your teeth look beautiful otherwise.

I know just how you feel about the tender teeth! I was tender for the first week after my adjustment, but I can't say that I lost any weight. Some people just have all the luck ...

Good luck with your treatment!

Oz Kelly and Meryaten thanks for your support. I may have been a bit of a drama queen initially  Things seemed so drama-filled in the beginning, but now real life has put braces drama on the back burner (for now ...) Anyway, I am so excited about my progress thus far. I'll be really excited fo...

1st Adjustment today!

Well I had my first adjustment today. My ortho seems optimistic that I'll have some excellent progress in these next four weeks. I hope so. I am so energized by the progress that I've had so far and I only had the 6 front teeth braced! Now that there are spaces to take advantage of, I hope that I to...

If at all possible, I would recommend getting your extractions on a Friday. I recently had my premolars removed under local anesthetic and I only needed that afternoon off from school (no pain, but I had a mouth full of drool and bloody gauze), but I was happy that I had a weekend of cushion before ...

Hi there,

I was wondering the same thing. I had my extractions done 11 days ago and I really feel like my face is slightly more narrow. This may all be in my head though :)

I suppose I should mention why I'm here. I always knew that my teeth were crooked. In the past year, I realized that I was getting old (approaching the big 25), and at my parents' urging, I began going on consultations for invisalign. Unfortunately, I was told by several orthodontists that I wasn't ...

A series of unfortunate events (Pics 10/28)

Two weeks since I was braced. The story thus far: Monday September 22 - Brace day :-#) AND "By the way, you have a tumor in your mandible" day Friday September 26 - "I think the tumor is benign, and it is right behind the mental nerve foramen, if I perform the biopsy, I will damage th...
