So I had my first adjustment yesterday, and I only have one word OUCH!!!!!! This is more painful than getting them put on!!! But it’s not too bad. I went ahead and got red and green for the holidays. At my next appointment he will evaluate me and see where I am so I can get my bottom braces!! Yay...
