For me the spacers were horrible. the Ortho assistant who put them in said "this is going to hurt you alot more that it will me" The next time I went in to get my band put on she came over to my chair and I told her that she was not allowed to stick her hands in my mouth ever again.

My wife had her upper and lowers put on the same time, my son had his lowers put on about a month ago and he gets his uppers in early october. I have a pendulum in and get my lowers in probably 2 months and uppers in about 6 months, hopefully sooner.

Yeah they did, Wifes were cheapest, they gave mysef and my son a 10% each discount, Insurance paid $1,500 each. Not that bad really. I put wax on te inside of m upper bands where the pendulum attaches and man that helps a bunch. eating is another story though. I am so excited about this journey.
