I havn't lost ANY weight - probably because I still eat whatever I want

Yes I had very crowded upper teeth, but I was told a couple of months ago that I don't need any extractions (or jaw surgery) so it is possible.

Yep I've had popcorn, I havn't had gum but thats only because I don't like gum, actually I still eat pretty much anything I want if you're careful then it should be all good

I noticed some minor changes a week or two after getting braces, but after the first adjustment (6 weeks) the changes were MAJOR!

Yep I had to sign exactly the same thing, don't worry about it.
It was kind of concerning reading about problems that can occur with braces, but they appear to be pretty rare.

At the moment I brush three times a day with an electric toothbrush; in the morning, after dinner and before I go to bed. I only floss once in a blue moon though
