The glue will fail sometimes, I had one pop off on day three of my braces. Mine came off about 2am in the morning. I didnt know what the pop was til the next morning.

The problem with the morgan bumpers is that - they are really flexable. I think thats why I had trouble with them staying on the brackets. I have class 2 elastics. I have had them for about 3.5 months. I did really notice any changes till around the end of the second month, when I noticed the top teeth were starting to contact the lower brackets when biting.
