well instead of calling me names, why NOT try to HELP me then?......

all that person said was its not guaranteed to improve my profile and i just wanted to know why...because an oral surgeon said it would.

And I'm not immature, just confused....like everyone else here...

and i asked how would it help improve my profile, since i got an email from an oral surgeon who said it would improve my profile and face. so i wanted to know since some people here who may have done this already. i wanted to know thier expierences....

what is a mandibular advancement and how does it help the profile to approve?........

would it be ok to have a nose job before surgery?.............

i am starting to notice my face keeps looking different, some days i look terrible, other days i see something strangely good...like i can see some cheekbones starting to poke out .. i havent even had my surgery yet and my face is changing..is it just me or has anyone else experienced this?......

yeah but i wanted to know if my face would look different...like will it reshape it etc.

my surgery is in a few months, will my face look completely different/normal? will orthognathic surgery reshape my whole face or part of it? i'm really anxious of the outcome. someone please explain to me what i should expect to look like. etc.......

is that why my jaw look manly?......it wasnt looking like that before......

i havent had surgery yet but it seems my profile is getting worse and starting to look manly in photos what is going on here
