Just a few observations. Btw, I have clear uppers and still have some time before my lowers go in. Have to get a lower incisor extraction first. - The clear ligs do get STAINED..you won't notice it immediately but they stain over time. I could only tell when the ligs were replaced after the first ad...

Congrats on getting them off! How long did you have them?

I just got my first adjustment today - was pretty smooth. The ortho tried a thicker archwired but because of the crookedness of my teeth, she had to go with a thinner one once again.

You'll feel a little soreness after the adjustment but nothing like the first time you got your braces on.

The only change I've had so far has been re: eating habits..and that too I broke the cardinal law of not eating pop-corn y'day! Anyway..in fact braces have made me more confident as a person - it's a dental treatment..everybody knows whats happening and if anything at all people would admire your co...

don't worry..my bracket came off the next day..apparently its fairly common..in fact even the ortho told me that it might happen. Really depends on on how contaminated the glue became..
