I think it is a good idea to book an apt with your ortho to get it checked out. Depending when you were debraced will depend how fast your teeth can move. I have been using listerine total care. Its nicer and it doesn't seem to burn like the other normal listerines would. in regards to getting the moulds, ask your hygienist to use luke warm water. This should help with the sensitive tooth and it will also help to quicken the process with how long you have to have the yucky mould stuff in your mouth!
