congrats, im only on 10 of 34 so i have ages to go.

seeing posts like this remind me that it's all worth it in the end.

im only on 9 of 34 upper & 20 lower

im the same in the only thing that bothers me is i wish i had done this ages ago. however im glad i've done it now, so im happy to wait it out as i'll be reeping the rewards come aligner # 34!

4 days is quite a long period, i've only ever had mine out for a full day (not intensional), i experienced no problems with that though.

i never take my blue case out anymore, when out & about, i just take them out, rinse them, put them in my pocket, so far no problems *touch wood*

i've had attachments fall off on 3 occasions, just have it put back on during your next apponitment, if you're really concerned just tell them you'd like to make a special appointment soley to replace the attachment, they should do it free of charge.

they're fine for kissing, no one has ever noticed them on me.

dude i drink absolutely everything, beer, juice, cordial, soft drink et cetera... just take them out when your done, rinse them & your mouth with water i usually go out drinking beer/rum/vodka etc... all night at the club, then just rinse when i get home (if i remember) and i've never had any pr...

i'd put a lot more trust in a doctors opinion over a forum.

i brush mine under running water & they're fine.
sometimes (rarely) i dont even get to brush them if in a hurry so i just rinse them under running water.
on the odd occasion i'll use denture cleaning tablets if i get the chance.

what are you guys doing that yours get so grubby??

when ever i eat i always brush/floss/listerine if i can... in saying that. planty of times i have eaten everything from snacks to huge meals & just popped then back in when in situtations where i cant clean my teeth. although i'll drink water while eating the meal & swish some around before ...

i had the same thing happen with tray 5 that im on now.
same as john37 said, after a short period it went down fine like all the previous trays & i've had no other troubles with it.

bah, no way im embarrassed. i often tell people i have them, everyone is cool about it & usually mildly amazed at them as most people have never heard of invisalign.

I drank beer for 3-4 hours at a time 2-3 nights a week with my aligner in during my 10 month treatment. I just made sure I brushed my teeth and the aligner right after I was done. Just went for my exam and the funny thing is......I had one small cavity on a bottom tooth where I didnt have an aligne...
