Finally debanded. It was so nice to eat corn on the cob and other forbidden foods.

What type of retainers do you have?

I have upper and lower bonded retainers, as well as a Hawley to wear all the time.

My teeth feel so wierd. Almost loose, and really slimy. I keep brushing them hoping to get the slimy feeling gone.

I got a new wire, and they took impressions for my retainers. I can't believe this journey is almost over. I'm excited, and a little nervous. Can't wait to show off my new smile.

Wednesday is my final adjustment! I get de-braced on Aug 27. I've had them for 2 1/2 yrs!

me too. Sprayed the mirror, the wall, my shirt was soaked. It took me a week to figure out how to use it without giving myself a shower.

July 23! I am so excited. I already bought my crest white strips to use after these braces come off.

My upper lip has never covered my teeth, even the 3rd time with braces isn't helping. Some people just have a short uppper lip.
