I am on day 6 and am regretting this decision to straighten my bottom teeth:( I can't smile - can't talk - can't eat. I think I'd rather have crooked bottom teeth! When does it get easier? And does anyone know if they can change the wires if they have chipped a bit and have black spots now? I thought I was getting these clear ones so you can't see them - I don't want it looking like I have pepper in my teeth.

It gets easier just hang in there. I am on day 10. My pain only lasted a day or two (mostly because of the spacers) But i was always able to talk, smile, laugh...The only problem was eating....

If its too unbearable then take ur usual painkiller that should help with the pain.

I just want you to know it does get better...hang in there
