Thanks guys. Just over four months in now and things are starting to slow down a bit. Getting my first rectangular wire next week so hopefully everything will start falling into place then.

Already counting down the days until they're off. 8 months to go!

So today marks 5 months in braces. Original sentence was 12 months so nearly half way there. Getting a clean next week which I can't wait for as I think braces wearing is taking it's toll.

Yeah, it's getting there. My right central incisor is now angled in and my midline is way off but hopefully it'll all work out over the next few months.

Definitely much happier with my teeth now than I was 6 months ago

Just caught up with your journey so far. You are right our teeth do look similar. Your progress has been fantastic. Your teeth already look gorgeous. Hopefully mine will follow suit.

No, no extractions. They haven't said anything about IPR yet either, although i think i might need some on my bottom teeth as they're a lot wider at the top than at the bottom so I'm getting a few gaps.

Today marks a whole 6 months in braces. Which is also (hopefully) my half way point.

Dramatic changes in how my teeth look are a thing of the past and I can see very little difference between month 5 and month 6. I am now officially bored of having braces.

I had a clean a few weeks ago, the hygienist said that she doubts I'll make it to 12 months so fingers crossed the come off a bit sooner.

This is my progress so far. Looking back now I can't believe I lived with teeth like this for so long.

Hi, they are looking really good, you are going to have a super smile when you are finished. What is your ortho working on now? I guess you are the stage when they are making the bigger movements and aligning your bite?
