Well, I updated my blog with my lastest story and progress photos so I thought I'd come here and post the photos as well.

I'm at 9 weeks now, or 2 months and 2 days, I'm not sure yet which one sounds longer, the longer the better right?

I am soooooooooooooooo pleased at my progress! Especially when you look at my smile...the day my braces went on the archwire was up, down, up, down all the way across...what a mess! Now it's so straight compared to that first day, but I still have a long way to go.

I'm not going to re-write everything I just posted in my blog...but I did discuss all my observations so feel free to check that out when you get a chance...if you're interested.

Here's the 9 week progress photos:

I just finished updating my blogspot blog (link below) so I also wanted to come here and update as well.

12 weeks in as of tomorrow. Yay! 2nd adjustment is next week....nervous 'bout that because they are changing the archwire for the first time to a new, stronger one....ouch.

OMG, I'm so tired of the perils of eating. That has to be the worst part of wearing braces. :(

Here's my 12 week progress photos:

I love the shape of your teeth. They are looking really fine...especially for a mere 12 weeks in.

Your teeth are looking great, especially the top row. I'd like to echo Kipepeo's comment about the shape of your teeth- they will look so amazing when the braces are off!!

Good luck with your second adjustment :D

(Kipepeo) thanks! But I'm looking forward to the day that my ortho will "shape" them.

(TinkB) thanks! I'm thrilled with the progress so far but I must be hyper-critical....I see a lot that still needs to be done on the uppers.

(Waiting4braces) thanks! I'm hoping they will look "amazing" after all the Hell I've already been through, lol. I'll just be glad when the braces are off and I get my implants and I can chew normal again!

Stepher, thank you!

Anxious Girl, well, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that happened to. Now I'm already dreading the next one! Good luck on your new wire, hope it's not that bad.
