Hey so they're finally off!

I need some motivation to keep wearing my essix which is seemingly the retainer from hell so I thought I'd do a before/after to remind myself how far my teeth have come! :mrgreen:

SO happy to be free, although being burdened with the evil essix sucks :P

Take it from someone who just had a second round of braces in their 40s: WEAR YOUR RETAINER. Even if it's evil. You want to keep your teeth looking good!
