I have a curiousity question. Do any of you regret having your black triangle totally removed? I found when the orthodontist removed the one on my top, middle teeth that I missed being able to suck air through them to dislodge food. I have since developed another triangle there, due to the proper alignment of those teeth. So I was wondering if any of you miss them. Thanks for you replies.

Nope, Attagirl....can't say I do. I don't think they look bad. I still have a few little ones and they don't bother me at all, like they seem to bother some people around here.

Thanks for the reply, mtbrncofn. I asked the doctor not to totally remove the bottom one when he was going to shave the lower teeth. And I do have a small one on top that he is not going to touch either. He probably would if I asked, but I don't want to be sorry I removed them. And then again, I don't want to be sorry I didn't get them removed. Catch 22 here. That's why the survey... My biggest wonder is if my gums will recede any further making them bigger? I will ask him when I see him in 3 weeks. I am not sure if he would do anything at this point anyway, I think I am just beyond that stage.
