Third time luck at 52

Well, just about to start again…
First time as a kid 13-18 years. Very crowded teeth. Upper and lower 4’s all removed.
Braces off at 18 then a bonded retainer on the bottom and hawley retainer on the top…which I didnt wear..
By 21 my teeth were as bad as they were prior to braces caused by wisdom teeth coming through, including an impacted lower one.
Had all wisdom teeth taken out in 2015. In invisalign in 2017 which sort of worked but had to go back into braces and headgear to push my upper molars back. Had braces on for just over a year. Teeth looked good.. on with essix and hawley retainers which I have worn ever since…
Buuuut..
Midline is now out, back teeth dont touch in places and one or two are starting the twist again…
Tryine to work out how to post pics so I can get some opinions about wether or notI pursue the ortho about the digression.
