Post a "click HERE" link to my braces story

Hi all,
I'm looking for instructions on how to make the click HERE link, where you select the word HERE and it directs you to a site (not where you have the full web address shown). Most folks on here seem to have that, so I'm sure that someone knows how, care to fill me in?
