Prominent upper gum and short lower gum but no extraction of any teeth

Hey guys,
I have been wearing Invisalign for a month and a half. The problem with my teeth.. specifically my gums and jaw.. according to my doctor is deepbite and crowding. She said after 28 trays of invisalign, my month will be withdrawn 3mm. I got no extraction of any teeth. I would attach my teeth picture and my side face pictures later. Can anyone predict the final result? I really want my side face to be not so round but shaped and my jaw to be prominent. Will this treatment work for that?
