I've been digging into procedures that would help me look more aesthetically pleasing... I was initially only looking at implants, but now am researching oral surgery. Some people have said I would benefit from one or a combination of these: Lefort 1 and CCW, BSSO, sliding geniplasty. As you can see in the pics, from the profile, my face is flat from cheeks to chin. Along with my weak lower third.
So my question is, would I benefit from seeing a maxfac for any or all of the above procedures, or should I stick to implants?
