Good value oral and maxillofacial surgeons in Europe?

Hi all,

I am looking into getting a consultation with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon (and maybe a craniofacial surgeon) on my options regarding my facial asymmetry, which I believe is down to my hemimandibular hyperplasia. My right side of my face has grown much more than my left side and it has made my face look incredibly asymmetrical, something I notice incredibly in photos and is something that bugs me. When I look at myself in the mirror or in Snapchat pictures (which are mirror pictures), I look incredibly different and others have all told me they see a clear difference.

I've decided that I definitely want to look at my options regarding this and consider having surgery. I was wondering if anybody could refer me to a surgeon in Europe that is not overly expensive and has excellent results and is also safe. Ideally in the UK but anywhere else in Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Poland, etc.) would be welcome.
