I like how my bottom jaw looks when jutted out forward but it seems to look a bit forced. Would jaw surgery and a sliding genioplasty give me this look while looking natural. I would like the ramus to be more defined.
Would jaw surgery and sliding genioplasty make my face look like this?

Hey there, to answer your question: no, an SG's results would look different.
In the second photo, you're forcing an underbite and that clearly shows. If an SG was done perfectly, your lips wouldn't protrude like that but you'd have a balanced protrusion of the chin only.
Your chin looks almost exactly like mine before my SG. That was 10 years ago. Looking back now, I deeply regret having had the SG procedure, or rather, the way in which I had it. I am dealing with pretty crappy health issues that I now believe stem from the genio site.
If I could turn back time, I would keep my old chin. It wasn't the prettiest, but it wasn't so bad either. I would be healthy.
If you do insist on any invasive procedure like an SG, I urge you to spare no expense and make sure you see at least 4 of your top listed surgeons multiple times before you choose to do it. This was my mistake. I tried to save around $3000 (estimated cost of travel and consults) and only saw my one surgeon. If I could spend $100,000 today to reverse my health problems today, I would go into debt and do it. Being cheap in this situation can be deadly bad.
Good luck.
