Hi everyone, I'm 6 weeks post op. I had double jaw surgery (lower jaw CCW + moved forward; my upper jaw was asymmetric) and genioplasty. I think the swelling is still there, especially on my chin but that's quite understandable.
With the way I look now I'm really pleased except one thing - lip incompetence. It's something I had before because of my open bite but I thought it would be gone after surgery but it doesn't seem so. I do some exercises to improve it but it doesn't. To make my lips close I have to force them and that's very uncomfortable. I'm posting some photos so you can check before/after.
Unfortunately, I don't have any X-rays but I'll try to get them.

You look great, but I am curious did you ever find a resolution/explanation for this issue?
