I was put on elastics recently. I'm doing okay with them and am following my dentist's instructions religiously.
However, I noticed that the orientation between both sides ain't similar. I was slightly doubtful at the clinic days ago but did not question further because my dentist was in a mad rush to clear the patient queue.
Did anyone have different orientations as well? Please share!
I do! I have a class 1 open bite on my left side, so I have my elastics in a "box" configuration on that side. I have a class 2 bite in my right side, so I have an elastic going from my right canine at the top to my right molar at the bottom.
