Popsicles and braces

#1 Post by plocon »

So I just got braces today! Woohoo! I eat popsicles everyday and I'm wondering if there's anything wrong with eating popsicles with braces since we can't really have much sugary things.

I'd ensure that you brush after you eat one. Congrats on your braces and best of luck to you!

I would say as long as you don't try to bite into it right out of the freezer then enjoy them. I know I do. :)
