It means how much money you owe them, but dont worry unless you are like months behind because they let you pay it month by month; no credit checks or anything needed.
Lots of crimes here

1. The upper molars bite too far ahead of the lower molars

2. Missing teeth #s 9, 14, and, 29

3. Open bite

4. Upper midline left of center

5. Lower midline right of center

6. Upper and lower teeth not straight

Sentence - 24 months, turned to 27 month.

Braces removed since 11/06/17

So if the contract says I have to pay the balance due to get my braces off after like a week of having them. I have to pay the full amount

If its not an absurd amount sure, like the charge shouldn't be anywhere close to the full course of treatment.
