Hello. I am 13 (ik this website is for adults but whatever) and I recently got spacers 3 days ago. First of all, spacers suck! I have been surviving off of ice cream, mashed potatoes, pudding, mac and cheese, and applesauce for the time being. But I'm curious about one thing. Does an expander cause as much pain as spacers do? Heck I can't even last 3 days with spacers, I wouldn't know how to last 2 1/2 years with something this PAINFUL in my mouth! I need answers :'(
