Everything is just slicent except i got sore teeth on the 1st week. Anyone have the similar experience like me? Thanks for your help.

I didn't see any chages for at least 6 weeks. And even then you could only tell in photos of my arch, not from looking head on.

Some of the early changes can make things look worse, so that is something you should be prepared for. Gaps in places you don't think they are needed, bite chages that seem all wrong, ect. All perfectly normal and part of the process.

Keep in mind you see your teeth every day so you may not notice movements when they are very small. Also in the first few weeks to month or so many of the changes are microscopic but set the stage for quicker movement down the road.

Did you take a photo when you first got braced? Photos are the BEST way to track progress!
