hello! At my last adjustment my dentist put on a stronger archwire on my bottom arch, and told me he was "torquing the roots".
Not exactly sure what this means. Is this normally done closer to the end of treatment? As far as I can see, my lower teeth are practically perfect now (though I do not have the trained eye of an orthodontist!)
