Lost an o-ring

Hey guys,

So I just got incognito braces not too long ago (April 28), and when I was looking at them in the mirror, it looks like I might have lost an o-ring from one of the brackets. How soon do I need to have the o-ring replaced?

My ortho said ASAP but that if my next appt. was only like a week away then to just wait until then. Since you just got them on April 28th I would say to call them tomorrow and see if they can work you in.
