Apparently braces are really big in Asian countries. Kids even go to the extent of buying fake braces to put across their teeth! Because braces are expensive, having them is a sign of wealth so I guess they all want to look rich!

Lots of juice! It was the best thing for me. After you get your teeth taken out, you won't be getting as many vitamins as you usually do, so try to get a juice with lots of vegetables or fruit in it. I drank a lot of those "day's worth of fruit" juices. Delicious!

I was heavy on the instant chicken soups when I first got my braces on. They have done the most damage so far. But instant soup is great when I'm at work, so it's hard to avoid!
