well guys/gals, look on the bright side. we are getting it fixed now. and that all that really matters. i really think i "appreciate" it far more now, than when i was a teen. as a kid you really see having braces as a pain. you just dont really take it seriously. well most dont. but now......

here is a vid of me in the double triangle pattern. its not too bad. no it does not hurt when they break. its not terribly hard to put them in.

well congradulations. i have the same. clear on top metal on the bottom. im about month 7 now. trust me,...it gets better. wont be long and you wont even know they are there. just see if you can tough it thru the first month. its all down hill from there.

yeah. warm salt water rinse. sounds corny,...but it works. make yourself eat. there is alot of good BFF (bracefacefood) lol out there. eat a baked patatoe,...mashed potatoes,...gotta keep something on your stomac. yougurt, anything soft for a while. work your way up to the other stuff. you will pull...
