Thank you! Yeah, you should be able to pick colors. My ortho had like 30 to choose from plus two kinds of glitter. I chose like a plum purple with rainbow glitter. I go back for them this afternoon.

i think they improved mine a little but it wasn't drastic. It all depends on where your teeth start and where thy end up.

Same problem here. They've done that a few times since i started. But after a while they settle. You'll get used to chewing, it just takes time and patience. I'm currently in elastics to correct a crosbite at my left 1st molars, so I feel your pain, so to speak.

your teeth that are moving closer together could just be pressing together the gums that once were ideal for that space, so now the are bulging a bit. I experienced something similar.

I've heard elsewhere on this site that certain types of retainers can close gaps, but that's just what I've heard. I think they are called Hawleys? Anyone else know more about this?
