My orthodontist told me I was going to have bone anchors put in. Has anyone ever had them ??? Can I get some tips?

I'm kinda new to this braces thing, only had them 4 months but I can already see the difference.

I had my extractions done about a month ago...Of course they are towards the front of my mouth. I can't wait until i go back for another adjustment so the holes will be filled in
