your teeth are uneven on the bottom because as my ortho told me, "crooked teeth wear unevenly." when they are actually straight, you see those differences in length. As far as number three and one, they don't look bad, but you did pay alot for treatment, and the ortho should not have remov...

just an update....the pain went away mostly after a few days. I was determined to get those aligners to fit, since I paid so much for them!

Thanks for the replies.

thirty a month?! wow that's cheap. I paid 165 a month for over a year, and that doesn't include my down payment, which was almost a grand!

I wouldn't take them off early, and it seems like the ortho would have kept them on if she wasn't moving.

In Pain and need help : (

Hello. I was an invisalign wearer and am in my retainers now. After I was done with treatment, my ortho put a bonded wire behind all my non molar teeth and told me to wear my last aligners only at night. Since the last top aligner was in two pieces, i ordered invisalign retainers which i just receiv...

After reading your post about the cold air thingy I had to cringe as I remember them using that thing on me, and it being EXTREMELY painful. The speech will get better/mine took about 4 days. And as far as snacking, I hate to admit this, but I always ate with mine in and had great results and no adv...

Lilypad, they look awesome! And Fred, it depends on what problems you are starting with. I, like lilypad, had the front gap. Invisalign is excellent for closing up gaps. My results look great but not perfect because many of my teeth needed some extrusion (to be lengthened a bit), and my mid-line was...

I agree with John. I'm not surprised at all that no orthodontists pick invisalign for their own children. Orthodontists will have their children treated at a reasonable age (most likely before high school), therefore aestetics aren't as important. If I wasn't concerned about aestetics, I would have ...

who has a bonded wire behind the teeth...and did it work?

I am done with invisalign and have had a bonded wire behind my top and bottom teeth for about 3 weeks now....but the wire is not attached to the molars. I have to wear my last trays at night, but the top one is in 2 pieces, and the bottom one doesn't fit great around the wire on the teeth, despite c...

No, I did plenty of research....but my ortho told me that i would be getting button attachements to move one tooth before invisalign even started. THAT I was ok with. So naturally when I read about the invisalign attachments, I thought they were referring to the buttons. Since my ortho did not tell ...

yes, it was worth it. my teeth are perfectly straight. The only thing that couldn't be fixed is my midline, which is off a little bit. As for aesthetics, they look great.

The whole process was very easy though. No complaints, except the extra 375.00.

How many refinements are provided with Invisalign Express?

how many refinements are included in the original price of Invisalign express? I am currently done with revision 1 and am now in my bonded- behind- the teeth retainers. I just had to shell out over 300 dollars for a new invisalign retainer, which was not included in my treatment! I had no other choi...

Only one person noticed mine the whole year they were attached to my top 2 teeth adjacent to the front teeth. By they way, from what i've seen on here, most orthos will not tell their patients ahead of time that attachments will be part of their treatment, unless the patient specifically asks. Mine ...

had invisalign, and some of my teeth did come down....if invisalign won't do it, why not go with regular ceramics to get the hardest stuff fixed, then switch to invisalign for the rest. you are starting college and you don't want to be stuck with braces for the majority of your 4 years there. if you...
