Hi akireamil, yes i had 4 extractions before the braces went on due to overcrowding an a overjet. i dont regret it though. I smile at absolutely everyone.. they must think im mad

i got un-braced only 3 days ago and my lower hawley retainer feels loose. I have to keep pushing it down with my finger. Why has this happend? What can i do about it? My teeth wont shift in the meantime will they? My ortho isnt open till monday

Im now officially 100pct naked..well..apart from the retainers.
I chose a essix for the top and hawley for the bottom and at the moment am just trying to get used to them.
I shall be putting before and after pics up soon tooo.

Maybe you should find out about bonding if its really bugging you and you dont mind paying out.

I was supposed to only be braced for 15 months but its going to be 17 months.
I'd rather wait and get everything just so. You,ve come this far just hold on and keep positive. It will be worth the wait.

Well i do kickboxing and ive never had any problem and trust me thats high impact. I also go to the gym and i had metal braces on top and bottom.
