a customer, i just stood there in shock and then i just burst out crying, it was the end of a 9 hour shift, i was tired, sore and annoyed already and i just didnt know what to do, i ended up serving a load of people with tears going down my face.

my managers didnt do anything...

Ok, so spacers hurt when they are in, when they take them out, I felt relief, no pain what so ever! When they put the brackets on, NONE, no pain! Molar bands, I was nervous about these but... I find that strange, becuase my ortho does all of the work himself, and he even tells me how to clean and so on, the other poepl jsut pass him stuff and write stuff down, Im on the NHS so you would expect better becuase your paying yourself.
