I've been pretty good using the plastic retainers every other night since last September. At first they were quite awkward to fit, and sometimes they are difficult to remove in the mornings, but I'm more or less used to them now. How much longer do you have to go before you "bare all"?

It's been more than a year since I posted (I said I was a lousy diary-keeper), but this week I had my braces off :D Here is the result.
