I am in North Carolina where I have located only one dentist using a palatal expander on adults and it is the ALF. Although most dentists here graduated from UNC Dentistry school and the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area has good doctors, the field of dentistry is 20 years behind. My palate was ruined...
