I was feeling kind of bad about having braces as an adult, but the title of this post helps a lot with shifting my thinking! Thanks for sharing. And it's so true!

Whoa you can definitely see a difference, and it's only been less than a month. Nice progress on that smile, and good on you for finally getting braces

I think it's just temporary. like if I sleep on my right side my right nasolabial line become a little bit more prominent. Over time it might cause permanent lines, idk tho!

My friends who've been braced up before say that the feeling gets a bit less over time. It's the worst when they're just freshly on and after each adjustment! but I'm not a doctor so idk personally haha
