Hi, i have some recession and i can see some red spots on my gums and i dont them to get worse. Can i get deep cleaning ( scaling and root planing ) while im on my braces? have anyone tried it before? my ortho wasnt sure and told me shell ask the periodentist but didnt give me any answers yet. thanks.

they are called molar buildups and they keep your teeth from hitting the brackets.
you will not have them the whole treatment, just until your back teeth are moved into a better position.
mine took about 4 months.
You will definitely get used to them and the pain will get better.

it would be better to talk to your ortho and ask why specifically 14 hours, he/she might have a good reason.

never heard of it or tried it but trust me, you will adjust to anything installed into your mouth, it just takes some time.

i do have some gum recession actually, but im just afraid that the gum graft will not solve the black triangles if theyre severe.... guess ill just have to wait untill im done with braces and see where i stand with all of this.

Due to some recession ive noticed some black triangls showing up.

Cant Do IPR on most of them, my ortho said because my roots were so close she didnt want to shift my teeth and have them get closer.

any other solutions? other than vineers
