I got my braces three weeks ago and not experiencing gum swelling though my mouth was so prone to all of the hooks and elastics that are in there - But now that I'm used to it I'm wax free! Looking forward to seeing your progress!

Question: Is it that you didn't think you needed the extractions before getting the braces on so now you have to wait a long time to get it done?

Congrats on getting braces! I've also got Damon on top and metal on the bottom

I've had mine for two weeks now and it still sometimes gets weird to have a mouth full of braces, I'm a lot more used to it now than the first few days. Cannot wait to see progress!

I had the Damon/clear on top and metal on bottom and haven't regretted it.
