Hi there and welcome. I'm 27 and got my braces last year. What type of braces do you have? I have Damon braces.

I have the damon brackets with clear on top and metal on bottom. My orthodontist has me wearing a band on my left canine to move it back a bit but it feels like it's not working at all. I'm guilty though of not wearing the band 24/7. I had all 4 of my 2nd premolars removed to fix upper and lower tee...

Benefits of a waterpick
Hello. I've had my braces in for 7 months now and have never used a water pick. In your personal opinion, does I using a water pick help make Brace removal progress on schedule or shorter? Thanks.
