61 yo and just had SARPE surgery 2 wks ago. Scheduled for Lefort 1 and BSSO next year. So i have joined the over 50 crowd. Surgery went fine, just find expander is digging in my palate and still feel very tired.

Just had SARPE surgery and will need Lefort 1 and BSSO (bringing jaw forward) in future. Want to know what if any difference folks had between the 2 surgeries. Obviously the second surgery is more extensive.
