I'm new around here too :) I'm 25 and getting braced on March 2nd. It's nice to hear that there are newbies like me! Looking forward to hearing your stories. My braces are $7400 and I'm making a down payment of $2000. My payments are going to be $200 for 27 months. I saved my tax refund and had a little bit of savings to make the down payment. It's a big commitment but it'll all be worth it!

They just wanted to send me to their main office. Apparently, the office I was at was only a satellite office. Since I didn't want to pay extra AND drive out of the way, I chose the other doctor. Also, their computer system was really slow and kept freezing. Not the best sign.
